Services

Personal Training

One-on-one personal training builds on the results of your individual fitness assessment and your specific goals. A customized training program will be created to make those goals attainable. You will work directly with a personal trainer throughout all of your workouts to see weight loss, fat loss, and increased strength and endurance.

  • One-on-One Private Training

  • Option of 1, 2, 3, or 4 private training sessions per week

Small Group Training

Small Group training takes a unique structure that includes groups of 2-4 people. Each workout is designed for your specific goals based on what we learn about your needs and goals from your functional movement screen and fitness assessment. This enables us to ensure the most efficient workout for you. Each small group training session is designed to increase your functional strength, reduce injuries, and boost your metabolism.

CHALLENGES

CHALLENGES have taken over GET FIT's group fitness classes. Our challenges are an all inclusive way to get fit and join an exciting/ motivating FIT FAM!  Our Challenges offer fun and challenging workouts designed to burn fat and tone your entire body in only 30-45 minutes. Whether you're new to working out or you're an experienced fitness guru our professional trainers will help to modify every workout so that you'll achieve your goals. STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

GET FIT S&C establishes a community of hard working individuals looking to take the their training to the next level. Sessions are one hour long and include: warm-up, mobility, training and cool down. Come ready to work hard, reach your next PR and sweat.

YOGA

GET FIT is now offering Power Flow yoga from yoga Dawn. Come check out a yoga class and see all the positive impacts it can have on your life. Classes are $5.00 you can sign up on the schedule tab.
