At the beginning of last year I was struggling with my weight. As a fitness professional this was heartbreaking. I would start something and then I would get busy and quit. Every year I would end up disappointed in myself. This year was going to be different. I was tired of feeling sick all the time. I was tired all the time and I was ready for a change. 

 

Then I fixed it. No more quitting, no more cheating on my diet, and no more starting over. I developed a plan that was going to be so easy and I knew I could stick to it!
